At CIM we offer the option to serve as the main contractor of the project by taking full responsability under Ley de Ordenación de la Edificación en España.
Of course, we'll always stat in line with our premises to minimize costs, stay within timelines, and the proper and efficient planning of all tasks. All this under the the Management Contracting principles.
This will allow to serve as the only intermediary between the planing and execution and the property. Additionally, we can be certain that this will expedite and improve all communications with all the different parties involved in the development of the project as it was originally established.
